    JZ115 primary reforming catalyst is a sintered catalyst with nickel as the active component and alumina as the carrier.It mainly used in steam-reforming prcess which gaseous hydrocarbon (main component: CH4) as feed gas.

6. The guaranteed life of the catalyst is minimum 2 years based on normal ups and downs of operation of the factory. If the performance of Catalyst fails during guaranteed period of 2 years warranty clause will be immediately imposed.
7. Expected life of catalyst based on normal ups and downs of operation is more than 5(five) years.
8. Guaranteed CH4 leakage <9.5% at the outlet of Primary Reformer after 2 years of guaranteed life and expected CH4 leakage <9.5% at the outlet after EOR of operation has been indicated.
